Always include the computer hostname. If you do not know how to do this, report the room number. Laptops however all have stickers on them with the hostname. The school guru list contains folks that know extra items like Smartboards and Teacherease.

Do not use postit notes to communicate problems. I cannot "see" postit notes from afar and will not get the information on them. Please use email.

Please remember that if you ask me for something "in the hall" you really are better off using email. I am asked many things in my day supporting computers and the odds of forgetting a verbal request are very high.
