Admissions Policy

Parents may pre-register their child one year before entry into Blessed Sacrament’s 4-year-old Kindergarten. Pre-registrations will be honored in the following order:

• Active parishioners (length of parish membership will be considered)
• Blessed Sacrament School families
• All other interested families

Children who are 4 years old before September 1 are eligible for 4-year-old Kindergarten. All students must be toilet trained.
Blessed Sacrament 4-year-old Kindergarten is a half-day morning and afternoon program. The morning program will take place on Monday through Friday from 8:15-11:00. The afternoon program will be from 12:15 to 2:15 on Monday (because of city-wide early dismissal) and from 12:05 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday through Friday.

The program will run from Labor Day through Memorial Day. During these months the 4-year-old Kindergarten calendar will follow the elementary school calendar except that the 4K Kindergarten will not meet on the Friday of our annual parish bazaar.
Families who refuse placement will be removed from the waiting list. All students regardless of race, creed, color, gender, national origin or physical handicap are welcome at Blessed Sacrament 4-year-old Kindergarten and will be accepted according to the procedures outlined above.
There is a $15 pre-registration fee. Tuition for the program is $2900 payable in ten installments. The first month’s tuition, $290, will be due at the time of registration.
Note: Admission to the 4-year-old Kindergarten does not guarantee placement in the school’s regular Kindergarten. The registration process for Blessed Sacrament School is independent of the 4-year-old Kindergarten registration process.
