We are trying a new PDF based Order Form for Hot Lunch. If you would like to help us out by beta testing the April Hot Lunch order form, we would be grateful!

The purpose of this Beta Test is to ensure that the form functions on a wide variety of platform and browser configurations. The form is in a simplified state at this point, and will eventually contain additional validation and automation features.

Your form submission will count as your Hot Lunch order for April - however, please note that no orders will be entered into the system until payment is received in the office.

Note:

1.  Please print out or save (to your local disk) your hot lunch form BEFORE you press submit, as we currently do not return the completed form to you.

2.  You must have Adobe Reader installed to use the form, which is available at:
