BLESSED SACRAMENT SCHOOL AFTER SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM
Our After School Care registration form is at the bottom of this page. Once you submit the form, you should receive an email confirmation that contains the scheduling link. The email sender is [email protected] and the subject line will be BLESSED SACRAMENT CATHOLIC SCHOOL: BSS After School Care Registration and Scheduling Link If you don't see it within 10 minutes in your inbox, check your email promotions folder and spam folder.

Overview:

Our program offers a balance of activities including a snack, outside recess time, indoor play, and quiet homework time.

Scheduling:

Please complete the registration form below. Daily schedules are done using sign-up genius and spots are limited to 30 children per day. Families who registered by August 8 have already been emailed the sign-up link. Families who register after August 8 will have the link sent to them when their registration has been received. We will bill you for care at the end of each month.

If you are scheduled for care and wish to cancel, please go back to the scheduling site and delete the days you no longer need. You must cancel by noon on the day of care or you will be billed for that day.

Fees:

Fees are billed via FACTS and include:
- Annual Registration Fee: $25 per child capped at $100 per family.
- Monday - Friday: $20/child (family discount offered for >1 child attending).
- Late Pick-up Fee: $15 for each 15-minute increment past 5:30. At 5:40, emergency contacts will be called to come pick up the children.

  You may indicate below whether your child will attend every day, certain days each week or whether your need for after care varies by the week. We will send you the scheduling link in August (or after registering if completed after August), so that you can schedule the days you need. For all options, parents may cancel a day/days of care scheduled at any time prior to noon on the day of service without charge. Excessive same-day cancellations are problematic for us, so please exercise this option judiciously. Cancellations with advance notice are generally not a problem.
