Welcome

We are a 3K to 8th Grade school located in the heart of Madison, Wisconsin. In addition to our standard 3K, 4K and 5K programs, we offer a Montessori Children's House classroom serving students age 3-6. We emphasize academic excellence within a framework of Catholic values.  One of the hallmarks of Blessed Sacrament School is its multi-age programs. Our homerooms each have a mix of children of different ages - we do not have the traditional "6th grade" classroom, for example. Instead, we have several Middle School classrooms that each have children from grades 6-8 in them. Children are not labeled according to their ability, and children learn at their own rate. Children become a "family of learners" who support and care for each other. Older children have the opportunity to serve as mentors and to take leadership roles.

Blessed Sacrament School is a highly-valued ministry of Blessed Sacrament Parish.  The parish underwrites a significant portion of the school's budget and we are able to offer a subsidized tuition rate to all families, regardless of whether they are current parish members. While this approach is unique for our area, we strongly believe that offering the same tuition to all families affirms our core value that all families are welcome here.  In addition, we have a scholarship fund available for families with financial need.
